Position Overview:
The Zonal Head will be instrumental in leading and managing sales operations within the assigned region. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in a senior sales position, specializing in home loans, LAP, and secured products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), banking, and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to achieve regional sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets for home loans, LAP, and secured products within the zone.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of sales managers and professionals, driving performance and fostering professional growth.
  • Business Development: Build and sustain strong relationships with DSAs, banks, and NBFCs to enhance business development and market penetration.
  • Market Insights: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Operational Management: Ensure efficient sales operations and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards across the zone.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and performance, providing detailed reports and insights to senior management.
  • Customer Relations: Resolve escalated client issues effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Training and Support: Offer ongoing training and support to the sales team on products, sales techniques, and market developments.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to align sales activities with overall company goals and initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales role, with a strong focus on home loans, LAP, and secured products.
  • Knowledge: Extensive understanding of DSAs, banking operations, and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
  • Skills: Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing teams, and achieving sales goals.
  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a talent for motivating and guiding teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
