Sristar Ahaar Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and passionate **Multi-Cuisine Chef** for our Bangalore location. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in preparing a wide variety of cuisines, demonstrating both creativity and precision in their culinary techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of cuisines including, but not limited to, Indian, Continental, Italian, Chinese, and others.
- Design and execute innovative menu options catering to diverse tastes and preferences.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive environment.
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal and promotional menus.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef in a multi-cuisine environment (5+ years preferred).
- Expertise in a range of culinary techniques and knowledge of international cuisines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
