The ideal candidate will have updated knowledge of SEO's latest policies and a results-driven approach to achieving goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings across all brand websites.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO policies and algorithm changes to ensure all strategies are in line with best practices.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized content for blogs, landing pages, and social media.
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including meta tags, backlinks, and internal linking structures.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others, generating regular reports on SEO performance.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and IT teams to ensure website structure and content meet SEO requirements.
- Continuously track and analyze search engine rankings, adjusting strategies to maintain or improve results.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in SEO with a demonstrable track record of success in ranking websites.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
- Strong ability to stay updated on SEO trends and policy changes.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results.
