• Define the strategic direction of the hardware engineering department, aligning it with the company’s overall vision and goals.
  
• Develop and implement best practices, processes, and standards to ensure high-quality and efficient hardware development.
  

• Oversee the entire hardware development life cycle, including concept design, prototyping, testing, and mass production.
  
• Collaborate closely with software, product, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
  
• Drive innovation in product design, focusing on aesthetics, functionality, and user experience, while maintaining cost-effectiveness
  

• Establish and lead an R&D division focused on developing cutting-edge hardware solutions that set new industry standards.
  
• Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and incorporate them into product development to maintain a competitive edge.
  

• Manage relationships with external vendors and manufacturing partners, ensuring timely and quality production of components.
  
• Evaluate and select appropriate materials, technologies, and partners to enhance product performance and durability.
  

• Lead and manage multiple hardware development projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience : Minimum 15 years of experience in hardware engineering, with a proven track record of leading and managing teams.
  
• Expertise: Strong background in electronics, embedded systems, and product design, particularly with sheet metal products.
  
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience in setting up and leading a hardware engineering department or R&D division.
  
• Product Focus : Experience in developing products such as kiosks, vending machines, or similar hardware-intensive products is highly desirable.
  
• Skills: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle complex projects from concept to mass production
