Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 10+ years of experience in hardware engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role.
  
• Proven track record of leading hardware development projects from concept to production.
  
• Strong knowledge of hardware design tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  
• Experience with embedded systems, Io T, and integration of hardware and software.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
