Position Overview:
The Business Head will be responsible for steering the company’s business strategy, overseeing operations, and ensuring the growth and profitability of our home loan and secured products divisions. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior business management role, with a strong background in home loans, LAP, and secured financial products. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive knowledge of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), banking, and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), as well as a proven track record in driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets for home loans, LAP, and secured products.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, build and strengthen relationships with DSAs, banks, and NBFCs to expand market reach and enhance business performance.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance with company policies, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative environment and driving employee engagement and professional growth.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
- Client Relations: Manage key client relationships and resolve complex issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Innovation: Drive innovation in product offerings and business processes to meet evolving customer needs and industry standards.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, with significant expertise in home loans, LAP, and secured financial products.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), banking operations, and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
- Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans, manage teams effectively, and drive business growth.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and other relevant business management tools.
