Job Summary

• RCM Manager will create and submit insurance claims to increase revenue and reimbursement. The RCM Manager will be an expert on insurance companies and their submission processes.
• The RCM Manager will work with the team to create insurance claims.
• RCM Manger will be proficient in Denial management which is an important part of improving RCM and the quality of services offered to patients.
• The RCM Manager needs to communicate effectively with patients, providers, insurers, and other stakeholders.
• The RCM Manager will be proficient in cleaning up accounts receivable to avoid duplicate data and clerical errors.

Experience:

• Must have Dental Office experience.
• Experienced Revenue Cycle Manager managing functions and people.
• Has a strong understanding of RCM best practices and can identify and close gaps in process breakdowns.
• Driven by metrics and uses both input and output metrics to gauge performance and set targets.
• The RCM Manager will present performance reports to the leadership.
• Can articulate with trends in the business and functional areas that lead to insight and performance improvement.
• Has a strong aptitude for staff development and training and does not shy away from feedback - both positive and negative.
• Brings an elevated level of industry best practice knowledge and is also willing to think creatively about solutions that may not be apparent.
• Willing to work on the details but not afraid to appropriately delegate.
• Keen sense of individual performance (productivity) and staffing requirements (what is needed).
• A willingness to work cross-functionally and take on new tasks if needed.
• Flexibility in functional alignment and ownership will be critical to success.
• 5+ years of front and back-end Revenue Cycle experience (Ideally in the Dental industry).
• Experience managing a team.
• Has led more than a single revenue cycle function (i.e., billing, cash posting, Insurance, AR, etc.).
• Excellent communicator and collaborator.
• Strong analytics stills.
• Coordinates with staff to resolve billing issues.
