Area Director of Operations
Harmony Senior Services, a certified Great Place To Work and one the country’s fastest growing companies in the luxury senior living industry, is seeking an experienced Area Director of Operations to oversee two of its communities in the state of Indiana - Avon and Elkhart. These communities feature a Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care resident settings.
As the Area Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the operations of multiple senior living communities in Indiana, ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and performance is achieved. In this role you will support the continuation of the tradition of being a premier senior living community in the state, while growing revenue and profitability in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams. Frequent travel will be required.
Requirements:
● Current state Administrator licensure
● Three (3) years of multi-site senior living Executive Director experience
