Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with expertise in Power Automate Desktop. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions, utilizing AI Builder for AI-driven automation processes. The role requires strong knowledge of Excel, Email, PDF automation, and an understanding of both static and dynamic selectors for UI automation. A background in .NET, Python, and regular expressions is also essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in RPA Developer role.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate for building automated workflows.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
• Utilize AI Builder to create and implement AI-driven automation processes.
• Automate tasks involving Excel, Email, and PDF processing.
• Understand and work with static and dynamic selectors for effective UI Automation.
• Apply knowledge of .NET, Python, and regular expressions in automation tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain and optimize existing RPA solutions to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation processes.
• Provide documentation and training to stakeholders on RPA processes and best practices.
