Qualification: Diploma/Engineering +Diploma in Industrial Safety
Experience required: 3 – 8 years
Compensation offered:
Advise management, operations, and project/maintenance teams as required to assure compliance with federal, state, local and corporate rules and regulations pertaining to employee health and safety
Develops and administers risk management programs, including OSHA, EPA, and local emergency planning
Maintains OSHA and workers’ compensation recordkeeping
Conducts regular guest safety audits around the resort and addresses observations
Supervises team of Attractions safety coaches who perform daily audits of operational procedure compliance
Promptly alert line and functional management to accidents and incidents
Identify and analyze applicable safety standards and precautions
Train and mentor other safety professionals
Prepare safety documentation, as directed, to facilitate the operational implementation of System Safety programs of launch systems and weapon programs at launch ranges, such as Operational Safety Plans, Explosive Safety Plans, Safety Operations Plans, Safety Checklists, Incident Reports, Trip Reports and Incident Reports
