Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to drive Unimonks’ growth by expanding its reach and influence in the Delhi region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education sales, particularly in UG entrance exam coaching, and a track record of success in executing strategic partnerships with schools, tuition centers, and educational institutions.
The Sales and Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving enrollments and enhancing brand visibility. This position requires a blend of business development acumen, marketing expertise, and leadership skills to manage both client relationships and a sales team.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Business Development
  • Partnerships with Schools and Tuition Centers: Build strategic relationships with schools, tuition centers, and educational institutions to promote Unimonks’ UG entrance exam coaching programs.
  • Tie-ups and Collaborations: Lead initiatives to successfully execute tie-ups with educational institutions, ensuring increased brand presence and student enrollments.
  • Lead Generation: Develop innovative approaches to generate leads through collaborations, events, and partnerships.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set ambitious sales goals and ensure achievement through well-coordinated sales and marketing efforts.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the education sector.
2. Seminar and Webinar Management
  • Seminar Planning and Execution: Coordinate and deliver impactful seminars and workshops at schools and tuition centers to drive awareness and engagement with Unimonks’ offerings.
  • Webinar Development and Delivery: Plan and conduct engaging webinars, leveraging digital platforms to reach students and parents. Ensure high levels of participation and lead generation through structured online engagements.
  • Content Creation for Seminars/Webinars: Work closely with the academic and content teams to create compelling presentations and promotional materials.
3. Marketing Strategy and Campaigns
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute robust marketing campaigns aimed at raising brand awareness and promoting Unimonks' courses across digital and offline channels.
  • Brand Building: Enhance Unimonks' brand presence through active outreach across online platforms, including social media, email marketing, and events.
  • Event Participation: Represent Unimonks at educational fairs, conferences, and relevant industry events to strengthen partnerships and promote the brand.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
