Key Responsibilities:
* Proper planning and meeting customers and generating enquiries.
* Handling complaints.
* Sealing products WTP, STP, RO, ETP etc.
* Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
* Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
* Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
* Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
* Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
* Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
* Experience in Water industries preferred like STP, WTP, RO, ETP plants.
REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS
* Proven sales track record
* Experience in customer support is a plus point
* Hands on experience with selling of Sewage treatment, water treatment and waste water treatment.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
* Worked in an industry relevant to waste water treatment & Industrial Water treatment
* Market knowledge
* Communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build rapport
* Time management and planning skills
* BSc/B.tech in business administration, sales or relevant field
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience: 5+ Years (Preferred)
Account management: 1 year (Preferred)
Total work: 1 year (Preferred)
Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Commute: Anywhere in India
Ability to Relocate: Bangalore: Relocate before starting work (Required)
