Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with field sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Sales: Conduct field visits to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products.
Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets set by the management.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Manager.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the HVAC&R industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.
Other Requirements: Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
