Job Title: Sales Executive - Prefab/PEB
Reports to: Sales Manager/Regional Manager
Location: Alpha-1 and Jewar.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an aggressive and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our Prefab/PEB products and services to new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and building owners
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase our products and services
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and tenders
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and installation
- Meet sales targets and achieve revenue growth
Requirements:
- 0-3+ years of sales experience in the construction or building materials industry
- Strong knowledge of Prefab/PEB products and construction methods
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Certification in construction or sales (e.g., LEED AP, CSI, etc.)
