Sales Director - Health Supplements & Herbal Extracts
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the health supplement and herbal extract industry.
  • Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of sales professionals, including BDM, pre-sales executives, channel sales managers, branding managers, and online sales specialists.
  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, establish strong relationships with key customers, and negotiate favorable terms for B2B and B2C sales.
  • Channel Management: Develop and manage a robust network of distribution channels, including retail outlets, online marketplaces, and wholesale distributors.
  • Brand Management: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective branding strategies that position our products as industry leaders.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analytics, to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the health supplement or herbal extract industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the health and wellness market, including consumer trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's overall objectives.
