Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
· Achieve sales goals individual.
· Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
· Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve sales performance
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
· Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing in the juice manufacturing industry
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to travel extensively across India
Preferred Qualifications:
· Any graduate or related field
· Experience in managing sales in State.
· Knowledge of the juice manufacturing industry and market trends
