Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar EPC Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales operations in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the solar industry, particularly in industrial and ground-mounted projects, and will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for solar EPC projects in Maharashtra.
Identify and engage with potential clients, including industries, businesses, and government entities, to promote our solar EPC solutions.
Lead the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Track sales activities, analyze performance data, and report to the Sales Head on progress and outcomes.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network and promote the company’s offerings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in the solar EPC sector.
Proven experience in handling sales for industrial and ground-mounted solar projects.
Strong understanding of the solar EPC industry, including regulations, technology, and market dynamics in Maharashtra.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel frequently within Maharashtra.
