Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar EPC Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales operations in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the solar industry, particularly in industrial and ground-mounted projects, and will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for solar EPC projects in Maharashtra.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including industries, businesses, and government entities, to promote our solar EPC solutions.
- Lead the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Track sales activities, analyze performance data, and report to the Sales Head on progress and outcomes.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network and promote the company’s offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in the solar EPC sector.
- Proven experience in handling sales for industrial and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Strong understanding of the solar EPC industry, including regulations, technology, and market dynamics in Maharashtra.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Maharashtra.
