Job Summary:
The Tender Manager will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, from initial evaluation to submission, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to secure projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze tender documents, specifications, and requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and legal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, project schedules, and technical proposals.
• Ensure that all tender documents are prepared accurately and submitted on time.
• Manage communication with clients during the tendering process, addressing any queries or concerns.
• Monitor and track the status of submitted tenders, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Evaluate and identify potential risks associated with tenders and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Maintain a database of historical tenders and pricing to assist in future submissions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.
• Conduct post-tender analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in tender management, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of EPC contracts, project management, and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
