We are currently seeking a skilled GEM Tender Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in submitting government tenders and will be proficient in handling various aspects of the tendering process.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit tenders on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) platform.
• Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and guidelines.
• Review and analyze tender documents and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and information.
• Monitor and track tender submissions and status.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of tender submissions and related documents.
• Liaise with government officials and other stakeholders as needed.
• Provide regular updates and reports on tender progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in submitting government tenders, with a strong focus on the GEM platform.
• Proven track record of successful tender submissions and a deep understanding of tendering processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software.
• Must be residing in Mumbai.
