Position: Sales Tender Executive

Preferred Location for Candidates: Pune Only

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit competitive tenders and bids for cutting tools, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines.

Develop detailed proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and terms.

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any queries related to tenders.

Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.

Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to enhance bid strategies.

Work with sales, technical, and finance teams to gather necessary information and support tender submissions.

Track tender outcomes, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Any Bachelor’s degree or related field.

Experience in tender management or sales support, preferably within the cutting tools or manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of tendering processes and documentation.

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:

Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
