Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies for business development.

Lead and support the sales team, setting performance goals and providing guidance.

Build and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.

Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to order fulfillment.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.

Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience: 8+ years of sales experience in cutting tools or related sector, with at least 2-3 years in a management role.

Working Conditions:

Travel is required or open to travel.

Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:

Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
