Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers on cutting tools and related products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customer requirements, prepare and deliver product presentations, and create proposals and quotations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Manage the sales process from order receipt to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to address customer needs and feedback.
- Education: Diploma in mechanical, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of sales experience in cutting tools or a related technical field.
- Attributes: Problem-solving skills, customer-focused, and proactive.
- Frequent travel to customer sites may be required.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
- total work: 1 year (Preferred)
- 75% (Preferred)
