Job Description:
We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive sales for our dry fruits brand, The Nuts Shop. The ideal candidate should have 3-7 years of experience in FMCG, with a focus on dry fruits or similar products. Key responsibilities include managing sales strategies, building strong relationships with distributors, and achieving sales targets across Pan India.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Manage relationships with key clients and distributors
• Lead and support a team of sales executives
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activity
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in FMCG sales (Dry Fruits preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven success in meeting sales targets
