Job Position : Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify Target Markets: Research and identify potential market segments, including educational institutions, corporate sectors, and government agencies.
  • Generate Leads: Utilize various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events to generate new business leads.
  • Prospect Outreach: Reach out to prospects through various channels, making initial contact to introduce products and services.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
  • Prepare Presentations: Develop and customize sales presentations tailored to the needs of different customer segments.
  • Conduct Demonstrations: Schedule and conduct live demonstrations of interactive panels, showcasing their features, benefits, and how they can solve the client’s specific problems.
  • Address Questions: Answer any questions and provide in-depth product knowledge to potential clients.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate Terms: Engage in negotiations regarding pricing, terms of service, and contract details to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Close Sales: Finalize sales agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and signed.
2. Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and Maintain Relationships:
  • Develop Rapport: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Client Engagement: Regularly engage with clients to understand their ongoing needs and provide solutions as required.
  • Customer Service:
  • Handle Inquiries: Address client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Post-Sales Support: Offer support and guidance on product usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
3. Product Knowledge and Expertise
  • Product Familiarity:
  • Understand Features: Gain in-depth knowledge of interactive panel features, functionalities, and technological advancements.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, product updates, and emerging technologies to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Competitive Analysis:
  • Monitor Competitors: Analyze competitor products, pricing, and sales strategies to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  • Strategic Insights: Use competitive insights to refine sales strategies and highlight unique selling points of your products.
4. Administrative and Reporting Tasks
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Track Performance: Monitor sales performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, sales volume, and revenue.
  • Prepare Reports: Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts for review by management.
  • Order Processing:
  • Manage Orders: Oversee the order processing workflow, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Work with logistics and fulfillment teams to handle shipping, installation, and after-sales services.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales agreements, and transaction details.
  • Compliance: Ensure all documentation and contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
5. Collaboration and Coordination
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork:
  • Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies and address client needs.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Training and Support:
  • Client Training: Conduct training sessions for clients on how to effectively use interactive panels.
  • Internal Training: Participate in internal training programs to stay informed about new products and sales techniques.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
