ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES at SHUBH GEMS (Shubh Gems.com)
- The Job involves Sales & Customer Support to website & In-store visitors.
- Converting Online /Offline Leads into actual sales.
- Live-Chat with Website visitors & provide the information
- Providing Buying Assistance to website visitors like product suggestion as per need/budget, sending Payments Links, follow up etc.
- Providing in-depth information to Potential Customers on Call & to the walk-in customers in the store.
- Telephonic Communication with domestic & international customers, resolving queries/issues, assisting with information and updates
- Updating customers about their order, dispatch & Delivery status.
- Helping customers with full Product Information, Recommendation & Guidance.
- Sharing Product Catalog & other details with customers on Email & Whats App.
- Addressing Customer's Grievances & Suggestions.
Desired Candidate Profile
The Candidate must be Pleasant, Positive-minded & Polite.
The Person should have zeal & zest to achieve set Goals & Targets.
Previous experience in Luxury or Lifestyle segment products would be a Plus.
Good Communication & Presentation Skills, Good command over English and Hindi.
The Candidate should be located in New Delhi or nearby areas (for the purpose of commute).
Office Timings - 11AM - 7PM (Tuesday to Sunday), Monday Holiday
