Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base. The Sales Representative will focus on identifying and onboarding new sellers onto Amazon and other e Commerce platforms, ensuring they have a smooth transition and receive the support they need to grow their online business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Seller Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential sellers and businesses looking to expand their presence on e Commerce platforms, with a focus on Amazon India and USA.
  • Sales Outreach: Engage in cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach activities to generate leads and convert them into clients.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct meetings (in-person or virtual) with potential sellers to explain the benefits of selling on Amazon and other e Commerce platforms.
  • Tailored Proposals: Develop and present customized proposals to prospective clients that meet their business needs and outline how Abes E-Com LLP can assist in their onboarding and growth.
  • Onboarding Support: Guide new sellers through the onboarding process, assisting with product listing, account setup, and compliance with platform policies.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their point of contact for ongoing support and growth strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the e Commerce space.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to management.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in the e Commerce or digital marketplace sector.
  • Strong understanding of e Commerce platforms like Amazon and their seller onboarding processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions to potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
