Job Description:
* Serves customers on the front lines by answering questions and troubleshooting technical Problems through visit, phone, emails & understanding their needs (working closely with them to understand their requirements first and deliver appropriate solutions on field services)
* Understanding the internal manufacturing and assembly process and delivering the customer site to rectify the issues and technical queries independently
* In addition to the above closely coordinate with quality persons & provide appropriate responses to the customer on time (In terms of warranty, product maintenance & repair related work)
* Travels to potential & existing customers for repair, service projects, or any field service-related work
* Developing and delivering presentations to explain products or services to customers
Skills Required:
* Min. 2 to 3 years experiment in Service & Sales area in Industrial/Auto ancillary components
* Technical understanding is a must + as having good verbal and written communication
* Willing to travel all over India
