Job Title: SAP Success Factors Consultant
Work Location: Bangalore (India)
Experience range: (Min to Max years) 6- 10 yrs.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and certified SAP Success Factors Consultant with 6-10 years of expertise to join our team. Candidate should possess deep knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP Success Factors modules, particularly Learning Management System (LMS), Recruitment and Candidate Management (RCM & RMK), Compensation (Comp), Variable Pay (VP), Workforce Analytics (WFA), Employee Central Time Tracking, and Succession Management (SP) & Career Development Planning and Mentoring (CDP), People Analytics: Reporting (PA) & Work Zone (WZ).
Responsibilities:
 Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Success Factors modules Learning Management System (LMS), Recruitment and
Candidate Management (RCM & RMK), Workforce Analytics (WFA), People Analytics: Reporting & Work Zone to meet business requirements.
 Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to talent management, performance management,
compensation, workforce planning, and succession planning.
 System Design: Design and develop customized solutions within SAP Success Factors to optimize processes and enhance user experience.
 Integration: Ensure collaboration with technical team to set up seamless integration of SAP Success Factors modules with other HR systems and applications.
 Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP Success Factors, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
 Training and Support: Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of SAP Success Factors.
 Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SAP Success Factors modules.
 Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay updated with the latest SAP Success Factors releases and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve system functionality.
 Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
Qualifications:
 Experience: 6-10 years of experience in implementing and configuring SAP Success Factors modules, with a focus on Learning Management System (LMS),
Recruitment and Candidate Management (RCM & RMK), Compensation (Comp), Variable Pay (VP), Workforce Analytics (WFA), Employee Central Time Tracking,
and Succession Management (SP) & Career Development Planning and Mentoring (CDP), People Analytics: Reporting & Work Zone.
 Certification: SAP Success Factors certification in at least 2 of the relevant modules (LMS, RCM, RMK) is required.
 Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SAP Success Factors architecture, data models, and integration points.
 Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
