SAP Success Factors is a cloud-based software for Human Capital Management, supporting topics in Human Resources, such as Core HR, learning management systems, talent management, analytics, workforce planning, payroll, and more.

• Implement, develop, and configure Success Factors Employee Central Payroll module for a range of our customers’ projects
• Collaborate with internal lead consultants and with customers’ stakeholders to analyze and validate functional requirements
• Communicate concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Participate in user meetings to gain understanding of customers’ processes, requirements, and issues in order to offer solutions and continuous enhancements
• Take ownership of the deliverables, and work closely with the technical team to ensure the deliverables are being built to specifications

• Ability to work directly with customers and managing their requirements
• Expertise in SAP Success Factors EC Payroll configuration
• Experience working with UK, France, Germany’s Payroll
• High proficiency with Payroll Control Center
• Experience in HR Information Technologies
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of HCM concepts and HR processes – an advantage
• Experience working in global companies - an advantage
• Language skills English (both written and oral). Additional languages – an advantage
