Position: SCM (Supply Chain Management) Executive

About the Company:
Leading manufacturer and exporter of high-quality leather products. We are dedicated to delivering superior craftsmanship and innovation, and we are looking for an organized and proactive SCM Executive to manage and streamline our supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Coordination:

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and leather supplies to meet production schedules.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth and cost-effective sourcing of materials.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels and ensure that appropriate inventory levels are maintained.
• Perform regular stock audits and address discrepancies in inventory records.
• Implement measures to reduce excess stock and optimize inventory turnover.

Vendor Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Evaluate supplier performance regularly and take corrective actions to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers to enhance the supply base.

Logistics and Distribution:

• Oversee logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers and production units.
• Coordinate with transporters and freight forwarders for the movement of goods domestically and internationally.
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to export/import, customs, and documentation.
