Seafood Sales Executive/Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai (with Pan India Travel)
Experience: 5-15 years in the Seafood Industry
Main Products: Salmon, Exotic Seafood, Local Seafoods
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree
Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi (Other languages are a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Turnover: Achieve and exceed sales targets for a diverse range of seafood products including Salmon, Exotic Seafood, and Local Seafoods.
- Profitability: Ensure all sales are profitable and aligned with the company's financial goals.
- Payments Recovery: Efficiently manage client accounts to ensure timely payment recovery, minimizing outstanding dues.
- Client Engagement: Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients, while actively seeking new opportunities across Mumbai and other regions in India.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within the seafood industry.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, including forecasts, pipelines, and achievements against targets.
- Industry Experience: 5-15 years of proven experience in sales within the seafood industry, with a strong focus on Salmon and Exotic Seafood.
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive profitability.
- Language Proficiency: Command over English, Hindi, Marathi is essential. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a result-oriented approach.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel across India for client engagement and sales activities.
- Go-Getter Attitude: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience and aligned with industry standards.
