Responsibilities you would handle:
1. Make Sales Calls: Contact potential customers to sell products/services.
2. Manage Customer Relationships: Build and maintain positive customer interactions.
3. Meet Sales Targets: Achieve set sales goals and report performance.
4. Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features and benefits.
6. Update Databases: Keep customer records accurate and current.
7. Develop Sales Strategies: Implement effective techniques to close sales.
8. Gather Feedback: Collect customer feedback for improvement.
9. Participate in Training: Engage in training to enhance sales skills.
10. Prepare Reports: Submit regular sales activity and performance reports.
Experience: 2 -3 Years
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in any stream
Compensation: 20K to 30K per month + Medical Insurance + Bonus + Leave Encashment + PF + Performance based yearly Increments + Incentives
Employment:
· Mode of working: Work from Office
· No. of working days: 6 days a week
· Working Hours: Total- 10 Hours [9 Hours (Fixed) + 1 Hour (Overtime Pay)]
