Your role at a glance:
NNL Academy is seeking a talented and creative Videographer for our new campus in Noida Sector-62. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content effectively. You will work closely with the creative team to produce engaging videos for marketing campaigns, events, social media, and internal projects.
Responsibilities you would handle:
· Plan, film, and edit video content according to project briefs
· Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts
· Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear
· Ensure consistent video quality, including color grading and sound
· Manage post-production, including editing, sound mixing, and special effects
· Organize and archive footage for future use
· Stay up to date with video production trends and techniques
Experience: 1 – 3 Years
Qualifications: Any Degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Requirements and Skills:
· Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role
· Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
· Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio recording
· Excellent attention to detail
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
· Creative mindset and a passion for video production
· Experience with motion graphics and animation tools
· Familiarity with drone videography or photography
Compensation:
20K – 25K + Medical Insurance + Bonus + Gratuity + Leave Encashment + PF + Performance based yearly Increments + Over Time Pay
Employment:
· Mode of working: Work from Office
· No. of working days: 6 days a week
· Working Hours: Upto 10 Hours a day (In which Over-Time Pay for 1 Hour)
· Shift Time: 09:00am to 7:00pm or 10:00am to 08:00pm
