Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners,
Organize, store and print company documents as needed
Handle queries from managers and employees & Update office policies and ensure compliance
Collect, cleaning, process, and analyze data to derive actionable insights for organizational decision-making.
Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize efficiency and data quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives. Conducted thorough data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of analyses.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders using clear and compelling data visualizations and presentations.
Contribute to the improvement of data collection and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Prepare regular reports, Dashboards and presentations, Maintain internal database, Submit expense reports, Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
