Senior Associate Manager - Quality
Job Responsibilities:
-
Responsible to ensure conformance to the organization's quality management system and AS9100 D requirement's.
-
Ensure inspection of receipt parts as per the drawing /specification with defined sampling technique/plan. Co-ordinate with inspection team, supplier quality team and supply chain team to resolve the receipt parts issues to ensure on time clearance.

Review non-conformance coming from supplier and internal process , investigate the problem with cross functional team, take timely disposition and implement robust corrective actions to avoid re-occurrence.

Monitor the SRR % ( Scrap rework, repair) coming from receipt parts and implement actions to reduce it by working closely with SQA team.

Handle the inspection team , prepare the skill matrix and training plan to enhance their skills. Coordinate in inspection, MRB, Purge and nonconformance management activities for the defects arising from customer, internal and supplier.

Develop and implement the control plan and quality plan for receipt parts. Update the quality procedure to comply with QMS and applicable statutory , regulatory requirements.

Identify the gap and opportunities in the process and initiate the improvement actions to achieve the business goals through core problem solving projects and lean methods.

Monitor and drive the KPIs related to incoming parts, including incoming defect trend, buy parts SRR % (Scrap, rework & Repaired), Supplier PPM, turnback from internal process and Aging inspection lines. Oversee performance and reporting daily, weekly and monthly review of all KPIs.

Supplier RRCA review and monitor the effectiveness of the RRCA and provide feedback to SQA team.

Work closely with all functional departments to meet the short term requirement while implementing business strategies in support of ling term goals.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Aerospace Engineering and minimum 6 years prior relevant experience.
-
Strongly Preferred Aerospace industry experience with EASA regulatory back ground .
-
Previous work experience in a Part 145 repair station environment
-
Knowledge on FAA Regulations & EASA.

Understand and Evaluating Repair Station Manuals (RSM) and Quality Control Manuals (QCM)
-
A strong background in RRCA and Continuous Improvement

Experience with PFMEA activities
-
Ability to navigate Solumina and SAP
-
Effective communication, forward thinking, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills; ability to work in a dynamic environment; self-directed with a strong ability to drive and deliver results
