Your Mission: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our Client Servicing Department. In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our client relationships ensuring smooth communication, managing expectations, and driving the success of our social media campaigns. You’ll mix the perfect blend of charm and strategy to keep Prime Video India ahead of the curve and in the spotlight!
What you will do:

• Ensuring the smooth operation within the team to timely plan and execute the content calendar on social channels.
• First point of contact between the agency and the client bearing responsibility for debriefing, planning, communicating and problem solving between client and agency.
• Building and implementing essential strategies for smooth daily operations and title campaigns.
• Ensuring and maintaining an overall quality of the content deliverables to the publishing calendar pipeline.
• Debriefing and implementing the content requirements and campaigns discussed with the Account Lead to respective departments.
• Building and managing relationships and information to build an active and creative synergy within the team.
• Ensuring everyday hygiene and title programming and publishing.
• Maintaining social channel’s health and hygiene on a day to day basis.

What You Need:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or a similar role. Bonus points for entertainment or media experience!
• A strong grasp of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Fantastic communication skills and a knack for client management.
• Creative thinking with a love for trends and details.
