In India, Clear has 3 platform solutions for the CFO’s office. And we havesuccessfully expanded to new geographies - Middle East and South East Asia. Ascountries (20+) digitize compliance, we are best-positioned to leverage thetailwinds and transform the CFOs office.


Mission for Associate Director - Sales


Drive Clear’s account acquisition charter in the geography. Leadand coach a five-member team of Strategic Account Managers in engaging with CFOs at Fortune 500 and top-tier Indian enterprises understanding theirbusiness challenges and creating value through Clear’s technology solutions.


Role Outcomes


1.Revenue Growth:Leadthe team to achieve new acquisition targets through relentlessprospecting, exceptional deal flow and management. Partner with the salesoperations, demand generation and product marketing functions to enable theteam to succeed.


2. CFO office: Become the partner of choice for the CFO. Engage with CFOs andsenior executives in the CFO officeon their business challenges, their processes and highlight where and how Clearcan create value. Build strong relationships with CFOs that become a pipelineof references on which Clear can compound.



3.Team Management: Groom the individual contributors to becomesales superstars and leaders.Build the right sales discipline, process and habits that become the foundation of a winning sales team.

Key Experiences
1.Client Acquisition:
a. Demonstratedsuccess in selling Saa S solutions to large enterprises with a track record ofexceeding sales targets.
b. Experience invalue-selling principles and processes, managing complex sales cycles,including relentless prospecting, navigating multiple stakeholders, influencing decision-making processes and closingdeals.
2.Client Management:
a. Excellentcommunication and relationship building skills that will create trust andpartnership with CFOs and key stakeholders.
b. Experience inbuilding relationships across the client organization, from CXO to user andacross functions (finance and technology), which helps uncover dealopportunities and challenges and enables deal wins.
3.Coaching:
a.Enjoys coaching individuals, positively impacting clientsand/or the company.
b. Setting clearperformance goals and KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews, andproviding constructive feedback.
4.Voice of Customer:

  • Experience coordinating with internal project teams and seniormanagers to ensure successful service delivery.

  • Proficiency in analyzing account performance data to assessclient satisfaction and develop actionable insights for strategy optimization.
Key Requirements
  • An MBA degree froma reputed institute
