Senior Operations Risk Management Associate

Gurgaon

Have excellent communication skills to deal with business partners, team, and leaders. Prepare data summary analysis, internal trending reports, and presentations, as needed. Prepare Operational Risk Management reports or dashboards as required by leadership.
Primary Purpose of Job

Support the oversight of the ORM Minimum Standards
Collaborate with the internal team on the design and implementation of new Operational Risk Management solutions that will mitigate current and future business risk
Support the implementation of risk-centric change initiatives, including training and support
Build collaborative partnerships with business partners, internal team, and leaders through the use of strong, influential communication skills
Handle Operational Risk Management ad-hoc requests related to audit and other regulatory requirements
Own the Power BI reporting solution, including the recommendation of reporting and dashboard improvements. Prepare data summary analysis, internal trending reports, and presentations, as needed.

Required qualifications

Candidate must have a demonstrated ability to create reports and dashboards in Power BI utilizing multiple types of source data. 2-3 years of hands on Power BI experience is required.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Strong analytical, organization, and time management skills
Must be able to quickly absorb data and information
Must be able to work independently
Proven ability to work effectively in an ambiguous and changing environment
Candidate must have excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office and Share Point

Preferred qualifications

Prior Risk or Risk Analytics experience
