About the role
The Ariba Catalog & Contract Lifecycle Performance SME will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Ariba procurement systems. This role will focus on catalog management, contract lifecycle management, and ensuring seamless integration and functionality of Ariba solutions within our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Catalog Management:
  
• Develop, configure, and maintain Ariba catalogs to ensure accurate and up-to-date product and service listings.
  
• Work closely with suppliers to onboard and update catalog content, ensuring compliance with company standards and procurement policies.
  
• Monitor and resolve catalog-related issues, ensuring a smooth user experience for internal stakeholders
  
• Catalog Administration:
  
• Administer and oversee the daily operations of the Ariba catalog, including content updates, data validation, and troubleshooting.
  
• Ensure that catalog items are correctly classified and descriptions are comprehensive and accurate.
  
• Maintain catalog data integrity by conducting regular audits and updates.
  
• Provide support and training to users on catalog functionalities and best practices.
  
• Manage user access and permissions related to the Ariba catalog.
  
• Contract Lifecycle Management:
  
• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts within the Ariba system, from creation to execution and renewal.
  
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business units to ensure contracts are accurately drafted, reviewed, and approved.
  
• Monitor contract compliance, key dates, and milestones, ensuring timely renewals and amendments.
  
• System Integration and Optimization:
  
• Work with IT and procurement teams to integrate Ariba solutions with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.
  
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the use of Ariba solutions and enhance procurement operations.
  
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Ariba catalogs and contract management tools
  
• Performance Reporting and Analytics:
  
• Generate and analyze reports on catalog usage, contract performance, and procurement activities.
  
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis to drive strategic decision-making
  

Requirements:

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience with Ariba catalog management and contract management solutions.
  
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  
• Ariba certification or relevant training.
  
• Experience in working with an international organization with Centralized and/or Decentralized Purchasing categories: MRO, Digital / IT/, Real Estate /Facilities, Corporate services, Fleet, Professional Services, Marketing, Human Resources, and Logistics.
  
• Knowledge of supplier relationship management and procurement software integration.
