Senior Tech Lead - Full-Stack Software Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tech Lead with expertise in full-stack software engineering to spearhead the development of advanced web applications with a focus on AI, ML, and Dev Ops practices. You will lead a talented team in creating and optimizing both frontend and backend solutions, ensuring the seamless integration and deployment of AI/ML-driven applications using cutting-edge technologies.

Location: Pune, India

Experience: 6 - 10 years

Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership:Lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated web applications, driving the integration of AI, ML, and Dev Ops practices.
  • Full-Stack Development:Architect and optimize frontend interfaces using React JS, and develop robust backend solutions utilizing Python, Node.js, and RESTful APIs, with a strong emphasis on cloud deployments on AWS and Azure.
  • Team Collaboration:Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, guiding your team to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.
  • Cloud and Dev Ops Integration: Orchestrate cloud deployments on AWS and Azure platforms, embracing automation and Dev Ops principles to streamline workflows and mitigate potential roadblocks.
  • Quality Assurance:Participate in code reviews, design assessments, and rigorous unit testing to maintain software integrity and adhere to superior software architecture standards.
  • AI/ML Application: Incorporate AI/ML capabilities into applications, ensuring they are effectively integrated and aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills:
  • Frontend Proficiency: Expertise in React JS, HTML, CSS, React Hooks, and other related frontend technologies.
  • Backend Mastery: Strong command of Python, Node.js, Plotly, and RESTful APIs, with proven experience in cloud deployments on AWS and Azure.
  • AI/ML Integration: Comprehensive understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical application in software development.
  • Dev Ops Expertise: Familiarity with Dev Ops practices, including automation, test-driven development, systematic troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Data Handling: Proficient in data processing using Pandas and other Python libraries, with experience in relational databases.
  • Leadership and Agile Methodologies: Proven experience in leading teams within Agile frameworks, with a focus on developing accessible software tools and delivering projects in dynamic environments.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong emphasis on data structures and algorithm design.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience with Plotly and a background in Data Science are advantageous, especially if applied in past projects.
