Guest Service:

• Greet guests warmly and promptly, escort them to their table, and present menus.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials, allergens, and ingredients, and offer suggestions to enhance the dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar promptly.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs throughout their dining experience to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism, escalating any issues to management when necessary.

Order Management:

• Ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining table, maintaining the restaurant’s fine dining service standards.
• Monitor tables for cleanliness and reset for the next course in an efficient manner.
• Present and process guest checks accurately, handle cash, and process credit card payments.

Food and Beverage Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the daily specials, changes in the menu, and seasonal offerings.
• Possess a strong understanding of fine dining etiquette, food and wine pairing, and presentation.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of wine lists and other beverage offerings to provide pairing recommendations.
