Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Service Head for our Automatic Circular Saw Cutting Machine division, based in Junagadh, India. This role requires an expert with deep technical knowledge of circular saw machines and the assembly of linear motion systems, encompassing both mechanical and electrical aspects. The ideal candidate will lead and manage the service team across India, providing technical training and support to engineers, while ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Management:

• Lead the national service team, providing guidance, training, and support to service engineers across India.
• Develop and implement service strategies to ensure efficient and effective machine maintenance and customer support.
• Oversee the coordination of installation, commissioning, and servicing of circular saw machines and linear motion systems nationwide.
• Ensure all service operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards.

2. Technical Expertise & Support:

• Serve as the technical authority on automatic circular saw machines and linear motion systems, troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Provide hands-on training to service engineers on machine operation, maintenance, repair techniques, and the assembly of linear motion systems.
• Stay updated on technological advancements in circular saw machines and linear motion systems, integrating best practices into service protocols.
• Assist in resolving escalated technical issues, both remotely and on-site, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for high-priority customers, addressing their technical needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to tailor service solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, positioning the company as a trusted service provider.

Qualifications:

• Extensive Experience: Proven track record in servicing and maintaining automatic circular saw cutting machines, with a strong background in both mechanical and electrical systems, as well as linear motion system assembly.
• Leadership Skills: Experience in managing and training a team of service engineers, with the ability to lead and inspire a nationwide team.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of circular saw machines and linear motion systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical information effectively to both engineers and customers.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required to support the service team and customers across India.
