The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about the company’s products and services.
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer incoming customer calls, emails, or chats and respond to their queries effectively.
- Problem Resolution: Identify customer issues, troubleshoot, and provide solutions or escalate as necessary to resolve them.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges.
- Record Keeping: Document customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
