REQUIREMENTS
· 2 years of experience in any industries as Telesales / Customer Relationship Executive
· Experience in Word / Excel / Email / Whats App with good command over English
· Strong interpersonal & collaborative skills
· Outstanding Verbal & Written Communication
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Handling Customers
· Resolving Customer issues
· Problem Solving
· Training Staff
· Creating Sales Plans to generate revenue
· Set Revenue targets
· The CSREs will be responsible for communicating over phone with Hospitals / Clinic / Doctors / Pharmacies to promotes, markets & sell medical & surgical healthcare, Rehabilitation, Orthopaedic products, & also be capable of independent correspondence as well as able to Teamwork.
