Job Description:

• To plan, organize and assist FH HR in effective implementation of CSR Policies and programs to improve community relation with Company.
• Implementation of UTCL CSR Policies & Procedure. Image building among stakeholders.
• Prepare Annual CSR Budget & Its optimal utilazation.
• Effective co-ordination with Govt. Bodies, NGOs and other civil bodies.
• Prepare necessary documents related with compliances, reports, MIS, Presentations, Awards.
• Assist management in handling community grievances.
• Collate information and appraise the Management about ongoing developments in the operational village so that appropriate activity could be initiated.
• Establish & Ensure a cordial relationship with the surrounding villages & ensure Community Participation in the Developmental process, identify & assess the required needs, Prioritize the programs, Preparation of action plan & implementation of the Programs.
• Day to day interaction with the Location Community & Village Panchayat. Regular Interaction with Gove & Other Development agencies.

Qualification Required : Master of Social Work (MSW) / Master of Business Administration (MBA)
