Job Responsibilities: -

Strategize, plan and implement projects of impact for Skilling under CSR

Plan & implement programs for revenue generation of the institutes.

Plan and coordinate engagements & training with internal stakeholders, including Production, Supply Chain, HR, MSTA ,Vendors and Dealers

Liaison with Govt agencies working in the skill domain like DGT, NIMI, State skill corporation, Skill Missions etc.

Plan and implement new courses & training aligned with the emerging technologies

Responsible for implementation of central activities / policies.

Competencies / Skills Required for the Job: -

Proven track record of working in Production, Maintenance, Skilling/Training, Vendor Development

Strong presentation, communication and Administrative skills

Good Knowledge of engineering operations and skilling related to manufacturing sector.

Ability to handle adverse situations, prioritize and handle multiple tasks at a time.

Self-motivated, having attention to details and a results driven approach.
