Job Overview: The Social Media Manager / Social Media Optimizer will develop and implement social media strategies to boost our online presence and engagement. You will manage our social media platforms, create compelling content strategies, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our social media activities for India and Dubai clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:
• Creating and executing social media strategies that align with our marketing goals and brand awareness.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and stay ahead of industry developments.
• Content Creation and Management:
• Work with design and marketing teams to produce multimedia content, including graphics and videos.
• Plan and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, and others.
• Maintain and update content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
• Community Engagement:
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions, and manage community interactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with followers, influencers, and industry professionals.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and measure the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
• Prepare reports on social media metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and conversion rates.
• Use insights from data to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Advertising and Promotions:
• Assist planning and executing paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and budget management.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social media ads and campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or optimization.
• Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, native social media insights).
• Strong understanding of social media best practices and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking with an eye for detail and design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with social media advertising and familiarity with ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Linked In Ads).
• Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment and managing cross-functional projects.
