Kramah Software India Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of accreditation Software for universities and colleges across India based out of Bangalore and is a 13 year old software product development company. We are committed to delivering exceptional software solutions and services to our clients. We are looking for a highly skilled and client-oriented Software Implementation Manager to join our team and ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our software.
Job Summary:
The Software Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing the complete implementation process of our software at client locations. This role requires a dynamic individual who excels in communication, client interaction, and can handle technical and operational aspects of the software implementation. The ideal candidate should be adept at understanding client needs, training users, and ensuring a smooth transition to our software.
Key Responsibilities:
On-site Testing Implementation:
Conduct comprehensive testing of software at client sites to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications.
Customize testing processes based on the unique environment and requirements of each client.
Client Training:
Train the client’s Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and other relevant personnel on software usage, testing procedures, and troubleshooting.
Develop and deliver training materials and workshops tailored to the client’s needs.
Coordination and Communication:
Act as the primary liaison between the client and your internal team to ensure smooth implementation and resolution of issues.
Manage expectations and provide regular updates on testing progress, results, and any issues encountered.
Documentation and Reporting:
Create detailed documentation of testing processes, results, and any deviations from expected outcomes.
Generate and present reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Continuous Improvement:
Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to refine testing strategies and training programs.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into the testing and training processes.
Key Skills and Qualities:
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
Experience with various types of testing (e.g., functional, performance, security).
Training and Communication:
Excellent communication skills to effectively train and guide clients.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and processes for diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues that arise during testing.
Creative thinking to adapt testing strategies to different client environments.
Project Management:
Experience in managing projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Client-Focused Approach:
A customer-centric mindset to ensure client satisfaction and address their specific needs.
Empathy and patience when working with clients who may be less familiar with technical aspects.
Finding the Right Candidate:
Experience: Look for candidates with a proven track record in software testing and client-facing roles. Previous experience in a similar implementation or consulting position can be particularly valuable.
Certifications: Certifications like ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) or similar can indicate a strong foundation in software testing principles.
Soft Skills: Ensure they have strong interpersonal skills, as they'll need to work closely with clients and internal teams.
In summary, the ideal Software Testing Implementation Manager will not only be technically adept but also skilled in client interactions and training. They should be able to handle the technical demands of on-site testing while also effectively transferring knowledge and managing client relationships.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2 to 4 years exp in implementing software offline and online
Proven experience in software implementation or a similar role.
Strong background in client-facing roles with a track record of successful software deployments.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong client-oriented approach with the ability to understand and address client needs and concerns.
Ability to travel frequently to client locations as required.
Attributes:
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Polite, humble, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and adaptable to changing client needs and schedules.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
