Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Solar Project Manager to manage all of our in-house solar projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project logistics, monitoring project progress, managing resources, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials to project sites. This role is essential in ensuring smooth project execution and successful completion of all solar installations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of solar projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate the delivery of materials to project sites, ensuring that all necessary components arrive on time and in proper quantities.
• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are being met.
• Work closely with site managers and contractors to track progress and resolve any issues that arise on-site.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports on project status, material usage, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all project sites.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and troubleshoot any project-related issues.
• Communicate project updates and challenges to upper management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the solar energy or construction industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project needs.
• Knowledge of solar energy systems is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
