**Job Title: Sourcing Executive - Real Estate**

**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sourcing Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sourcing Executive will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring properties that align with our investment strategy and growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the real estate industry and a proven track record of sourcing successful property deals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and source potential properties for acquisition through various channels, including online listings, real estate agents, and personal networks.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of potential acquisitions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of property acquisitions to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
- Coordinate due diligence activities, including financial analysis, legal review, and property inspections.
- Prepare detailed reports, financial models, and presentations to support investment decisions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments affecting the real estate sector.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sourcing, property acquisition, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing real estate deals.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends, investment principles, and financial analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software (e.g., CRM, property databases).
